Salami Christmas Cracker Gift Set

Using British free range pork we have created a range of four flavoured salami’s each concealed inside a Christmas cracker! The perfect gift for a foodie.
Made on our farm in Hertfordshire, UK, we use Greek Cypriot red wine within our salami’s, oak smoke them for eight hours in a disused grain silo on the farm and hang them to mature for up to two months in our state of the art ageing room.
With 18 month shelf life and being shelf stable, meaning they do not need the fridge, they are the perfect gift. Wrap them well in advance and store them out of sight until ready to be gifted.
Each salami has its own merits:
- CHORIZO: Our version of this ever popular salami it is delicate in flavour not overpowering at all in any of its spices.
- ZAATAR salami: Based on the Middle Eastern spice mix. Greek cooking is influenced by the Middle East from the Asia migrants of many years past. Herby & aromatic in flavour you get a punch of Greek Cypriot oregano to begin, an aniseed flavour from fennel seeds then sumac, coriander, cumin and black pepper to compliment.
- SIGNATURE salami. Based on a Greek sausage called Pastourma. It contains seven different spices that make for an outstanding flavour.
- HOUSE salami. Based on a Greek sausage called Loukaniko. One if it’s ingredients is the Shinos seed which is indigenous to the Mediterranean and gives it its unique earthy & nutty flavour.
