With studies now showing that a third of us are intolerant to synthetic fragrances, people are becoming increasingly reluctant to use them, and are seeking other ways to wear scent.

This trend towards nature and purity has reached many consumer products…but the $27 bn perfume industry, has remained relatively unchanged in its delivery mechanism for 100 years.

Kim Brookes founded Perfino because she wanted to create a healthy and transparent alternative to conventional perfumes, one that is kind to our bodies and to the planet, and celebrates the joy of natural fragrance.

The Perfino set is designed to last forever, with house blended 100% pure essential oils , sourced from field, farm, and forest, providing income to agricultural workers around the world ; and the lava stones come straight from mother earth.

You simply put 1 drop of oil onto the stone, close the pendant, wear it and enjoy the aroma all day long, without any chemicals touching your skin or ethanol, which converts to a greenhouse gas, entering the atmosphere.

The Perfino set starts at £80 (silver, 18" chain and stones/no blend) and rises to £200 (gold, 24" chain and stones/house blended oil); the oil blends can be bought separately at £20 each/£10 wholsale. Each oil blend is designed to create a mood/feeling based on the properties of our selected essential oils - calming, energising, and dreamy.

For a recent order from British Airways we have launched the "Power of three" set - 5 ml of each of the essential oil blends.

Perfino has recently been accepted into the Fragrance Foundation UK and will be working with perfume "noses" in 2024 to create a further range of blends.
