Colours of the Countryside Range
The Village Green
From a village at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, designer and illustrator Zoe Mingos has created a range of uplifting and practical homewares and gifts that bring the colours of our most celebrated British landscapes and wildlife into your home.
The Village Green®’s fine bone china mugs, luxurious cotton tea towels and other stylish homewares, including oven gloves, aprons, coasters and stationery, bring home the sense of space, fragrance and nature our wonderful and unique countryside. With so many wonderful places to illustrate there seem to be an abundance of opportunity in expanding the range not just with product but places too.
Favourite landscapes, captured in Zoe's illustrations, include sheep-dotted rolling hills, ancient fragrant bluebell woods, butterfly-filled meadows on a sunny day and a historic windmill, all set against the big, breezy, open skies.
“My designs use contemporary colourways, so the range brings both modern and traditional kitchens to life with practical products that reflect our renewed love of the outdoors” explains Zoe. “They give a real sense of uplift and positivity, to brighten any day of the year, they also make great gifts”
Zoe is passionate about delivering the highest quality and minimising our environmental impact too – hence the ‘Green’ in our name. Our collection is produced only by UK manufacturers and comes in sustainable packaging including smart-but-recycled presentation boxes.
