Materials Description

With so much inspiration taken from the natural beauty we're lucky enough to enjoy here in the UK, it is so important to us to have as little impact on that environment as possible when producing our candles.
Our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, which is sustainably sourced using pure soybean oil - a renewable alternative to paraffin wax, which is produced using petroleum. We also choose wooden wicks for our candles, which are again a more renewable and sustainable source than traditional cotton wicks, due to the water and pesticide intensive process involved in cotton production.
Having gone through a rebrand in 2022, with all new packaging, we have now partnered with the World Land Trust's Carbon Balanced Paper initiative, to ensure all carbon created in the production of our 100% recyclable packaging is offset through the funding of ecosystem protection and restoration projects in Vietnam, Ecuador, Guatemala and Mexico.
As well as sustainability, the quality of our candles and the materials we use to make them is of paramount importance to us. We expect our candles to perfectly represent British Made quality to their core, which is why everything we use to manufacture our candles, and run our business is purchased from fellow UK suppliers. Not only does this helps us to maintain our quality standards, it also helps to support fellow local businesses and keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.
